This lively IPA delivers a crisp and light malt body with ample citrus and pine notes from Chinook and Equinox hops.

Hop Henge Experimental IPA is our annual exercise in IBU escalation. An outrageous amount of Centennial and Cascade hops are added to each barrel, with a heavy dry-hop presence as well.

Featuring locally grown Oregon sage, New England thyme and co-owner grown hops. In collaboration with Harpoon Brewery, EHOP honors the independent spirit upon which craft brewing was founded.

Aged and sequestered in select oak casks. The rersult- a contemplatively brewed quad created in homage to all those who doubted the original. This unrepentant rendition is definitively Not The Stoic.

A true German-style Pilsner featuring the finest Pilsner malt. Cold fermented for a smooth malt taste with a crisp hop finish as crisp as a clear autumn night on Pine Mountain.

Beautiful caramel flavor balanced by bitter twist of Nugget and Northern Brewer hops with a big citrus kick coming from the Citra, Cascade and Centennial hops. ABV 6%.

This ale pours mahogany red and has a rich toffee flavor from caramel malt and roasted barley. Amarillo and Tettnang hops give every sip balance and subtle bite. 5.3% ABV

Complex aromas and flavors of sweet dried fruit and cherries, subtle vanilla and oak, and caramel grace the glass.

Deschutes Class of 88 is a collaboration with Goose Island Brewing. The fruit aroma unites with Belgian yeast esters and oak for a crisp, dry and slightly tart flavor. Sip slowly and enjoy!

The Green Monster has aromas of cherries and dried fruits. This is a tasty sour beer with a clean finish. It is 100% barrel aged, spending 39 months in French Oak barrels. Extremely rare!

The second collaboration in this series features an imperial smoked porter. With its smooth, smoky, and chocolate flavors, it is a perfect brew for pairing with food.
