This year, we're collaborating with Germany's Brauhaus Miltenberger. A festival beer true to their style; deep golden color, rich malt flavor and balanced by traditional German-grown whole-cone hops.

Black as midnight, this intense barrel-aged stout is complex with notes of cocoa and espresso balanced with hints of vanilla and toasted coconut from the oak casks. Red and black currants added.

In this collaboration with the Abbey of New Clairvaux, we aged Ovila Abbey Dubbel in red wine and bourbon barrels to create a complex blend of caramel flavors with notes of black cherry and vanilla.

Our search for hop flavors led us to a handful of newly developed varietals, each are only known by numbers; 472, 05256, 431, and 06300 with complex flavors of cedar, coconut, chocolate, and orange.

Flipside Red IPA is the rebuttal to the beers of summer. Bold and intense, it features tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors from teh use of whole-cone Citra, Simcoe, and Centinnial hops.
