Our Smoky Margarita takes the iconic Margarita to the next level with the addition of one of our favorite spirits, mezcal. Traditional Oaxacan mezcal and Premium blanco tequila make up the base of the drink, imbuing it with the perfect amount of smoke and agave presence. To that “split base” we add fresh lime, then a touch of sugar. You may never drink a standard Margarita again! Serve our Smoky Margarita over ice, garnished with a lime, salt rim, or orange twist.

The Moscow Mule was one of a group of cocktails created in the 1940’s to promote vodka as a spirit in the US. Combining vodka with bold, spicy ginger beer and lime in a unique copper mug, the drink became an instant classic. We make ours thoughtfully, using only the highest quality ingredients. As a result our Moscow Mule has likewise become one of our most popular cocktails. Serve a Moscow Mule over ice, garnished with a fresh mint sprig or lime wheel. A copper mug is the traditional vessel for the Moscow Mule if you have one handy, though a rocks glass works just fine in a pinch.

The Paloma (“The Dove”) is an authentic Mexican cocktail. Some people, when they think about Mexico and tequila, think ‘margarita.’ In fact, locals more commonly drink Palomas. It’s common to see a bottle of tequila, a few bottles of grapefruit soda and a bowl of limes on a restaurant table in Mexico. Our Paloma is made with La Cofradia Tequila, sparkling grapefruit and real lime. A light dusting of kosher salt on the rim of the glass will add an epicure’s touch.

Charles calls it a “gateway cocktail.” That is, an easy-drinking cocktail for bar patrons who might otherwise feel shy about drinking gin. Longtime gin lovers flock to this one as well. It starts with a classic London Dry-style gin — distilled to our specifications — which we combine with real lime juice, a touch of simple syrup and a bouquet of mint for flavor and aroma. Serve the Southside over ice, garnished with a fresh mint sprig.
