Udder Love is a traditional milk stout that's packed with rich flavors. Beginning with British Maris Otter malt for a toasty foundation, then layer on three different types of British roasted malts for coffee and bittersweet chocolate flavors. The beer is finished with milk sugar from the heart of America's dairyland, Wisconsin.

"System of a Stout" is an imperial stout infused with all the traditional ingredients of a savory cup of Armenian coffee: cardamom, molasses, coffee (of course), and brandy. In the kettle, the beer is lightly dosed with green cardamom for exotic spice notes. Molasses adds a richness that seamlessly blends in. The finished beer was then aged for several days masterfully roasted coffee from Portola Coffee Lab in Costa Mesa. The beer was then aged for several weeks on Armenian brandy-soaked oak chips for yet another dimension of flavors and aromas. Take your time and enjoy this endlessly complex and nuanced beer.

Mocha machine is a well-planned endeavor in huge aromatics and rich flavors. Brewed with a lineup of British and German malts, this brew is infused with masterfully roasted coffee from Portola Coffee lab in Costa Mesa, CA. It is then aged on cacao nibs from Ecuador, adding an awesomely deep dimension of fudge.

A true West Coast style IPA. Nose is piney. Full of sap, must and resin. Slight notes of grapefruit zest. Taste is of sticky pine sap, pine needles, light floral and crisp grapefruit. You won't be dissappointed if you like pine-bomb IPAs.

Double dry-hopped Melrose is a full-blown West Coast-style India pale ale chocked full of sticky hop resins. Brewed with American 2-row malt and a touch of Canadian “honey” malt, Melrose is generously hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo varieties. We then liberally double dry hop the beer for an over the top aromatic experience with notes of citrus rind, tropical fruits, and pine resin.
