Belgian Style Stout. 12 oz bottles.

First brewed back in 2004, Curieux was our initial foray into barrel aging. To make Curieux, we take our Tripel and let it age in bourbon barrels for seven weeks. Once that time is up, we take the beer out of our cold cellars and blend it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting rich, golden ale features smooth notes of coconut, vanilla, and a hint of bourbon.

A dark sour ale aged with honey in an oak foudre for 18 months. Deep mahogany in color with aromas of strawberry, lemon, & fruits.

A take on a Flemish Sour Brown which offers an aroma of raisins, figs, cherries, and caramelized sugar.

This golden ale carries notes of passion fruit and honey in the aroma. A suggestion of biscuit is found in the beer's varied palate. Brewed with our 2-row barley blend, hopped with Nugget and Hallertau, then fermented on our house yeast, Tripel offers up a complex, yet dry finish. 9% ABV

Belgian-style stout brewed with figs. Its taste straddles the rift between roasty and sweet with notes of bitter baking chocolate, espresso, biscuit malt, and mocha—a chewy, creamy inauguration of a new tradition.

One malt, our 2-row barley blend, and one hop, Mosaic, add to this Brett's simple, yet balanced characteristics. Pours a hazy, straw-colore with aromas of pineapple and bread crust.

Allagash Saison is our interpretation of a classic Belgian farmhouse style. It is a golden hued beer, brewed with a 2-row blend, malted rye, oats and dark belgian candi sugar.

New Belgian style stout, is brewed with German 2 row barley, Torrified wheat and oats, balanced by a large addition of Belgian dark candi to give the Black a full and silky mouthfeel.

Bright amber in color, offers aromas of clove, sweet malt, and pine. The first sip opens with flavors of bread, malt, and caramel and finishes clean, dry, and with a lingering hop bitterness.

Aromas of citrus, pineapple and bread. Notes of grapfruit and lemon punctuate a dry finish. 7.1% ABV

Aromas of tropical fruit, honey, and spice. Medium bodied beer finishes fruity, dry, and slightly tart. 9% ABV

Dark Chocolate malt and roasted barely aged for three months in bourbon barrels. 11% ABV

The full body highlights a rounded maltiness accentuated by both nutty notes, and spicy hop flavors. The finish is remarkably dry with a wine-like character and light tannins.

Hugh Malone has a malty palate and a pronounced bitterness, with a pleasant dry, hoppy finish

Over 100 pounds of chancellor grapes were crusted on side and added directly to the mash. Victor is hopped with Fuggles and Hallertau and fermented with a wine yeast strain. Tart with spicy finish.

Belgian-Style triple which has been aged for 8 weeks in bourbon barrels, then naturally re-fermented in the bottle. Very full flavored, hints of vanilla, coconut and bourbon. Great with cheesecake.

Allagash FOUR Ale is a Belgian Style Quadruple Ale. During the brewing process we add sugar, molasses, light and dark Candi sugar and ferment it four times with four different Belgian yeasts.

This Belgian-Style Ale is made in limited quantities. It has a firm, yet refined malty palate and a gentle fruit and spice aroma, which will continue to mature and evolve over time. Try with lamb.

This deep brown wheat beer boasts an aroma of black treacle and raisin and flavor hints of dates. 10.4% ABV

Our interpretation of a Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with oats, malted wheat, and raw wheat for a hazy "white" appearance. Spiced with our own special blend of coriander and Curaçao orange peel, Allagash White upholds the Belgian tradition of beers that are both complex and refreshing. Though it's brewed in Maine, the recipe sticks to its Belgian roots. We've worked hard to make sure that the Allagash White in your hand tastes the same as it did back in 1995, when our founder Rob Tod brewed the first batch. 5.2% ABV
