Double-matured in ex-bodega Amoroso cask wood for a rich and fruity sweetness, this 10-year-old whisky offers a wonderful and very well-focused aroma of grapey sultana sweetness. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2020, this full-bodied Scotch features crisp peat that wafts around the sweet, roasted malt, leaving a heathland dryness alongside hints of wood and pepper. The finish is filled with deep cocoa, vanilla and a lingering, earthy peat for a sweet-dry balance. Simply serve in a traditional whisky glass, neat or with a little water.
