Distilled in 1994 and evolving in an ex-Oloroso Sherry cask for nine years. A robust expression that is dense with dark Oloroso notes, lusciously spiced with vanilla and anise.

28 casks of different ages were vatted together to achieve a beatiful balance and character that replicates the vintage 1861. Nose of dried fruits, spice, toffee. Taste of spice, citrus, subtle oak.
