Copperworks Distilling

Made from a high-quality craft beer brewed from 100% malted barley and twice-distilled in traditional copper pot stills. The whiskey is then matured for a minimum of 30 months in full-size casks.

New Barrel Gin is aged in the same barrels we use to age our single malt whiskey. Aging brought forward the cinnamon and coriander, and added the essence of vanilla and caramel from the barrel.
