Made with Belgian Malt, imported Noble Hops, and Belgian Ale Yeast. Lightly dry-hopped, this blond is moderately fruity and has a bright malt character.

This beer is not a clone of the peppery Belgian Saisons, but the brewer's own variation. They use their own Saison yeast, Belgian malt and noble hops late in the boil. Fruity aroma and a dry palate.

The saison extras were used as the base and juiced blackberries were added during fermentation. The beer has the right balance of blackberry while keeping dry and drinkable.
