Ingredients:
1oz Strawberry & rose syrup*
¾oz Aquafaba
¾oz Lemon juice
¼tsp Apple cider vinegar
3 drops Saline solution (1:4)
Garnish: Black pepper and purple basil leaf
1.5oz Johnnie Walker Black Label

*Strawberry & Rose Syrup
8oz Fresh strawberries
8oz White sugar
⅓oz Rose water

What you need:
Rocks glass
Cocktail shaker

How to make:
1. Make the Strawberry & Rose syrup:
Slice strawberries and mix with equal sugar by weight, seal and refrigerate overnight. Strain twice, adding rose water after first strain.
2. Add an ice cube and all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
3. Shake hard, then add more ice and shake again.
4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with black pepper and a purple basil leaf.
