Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Buchanan’s Deluxe 12 Year
.75 oz. lemon juice
.75 oz. simple syrup
3-4 basil leaves (muddled)
Splash of pineapple juice
How to make a Peppered Pineapple:
First things first: Muddle your basil. Then, combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake. Double strain and pour into a coup. Sprinkle cracked black pepper on top and garnish with cracked black pepper and a basil sprig
