Fatamorgana – Tiramisu Mousse

We make our Espresso coffee with beans that we select from one of the best coffee roasters in Napoli, and then we soak our homemade gluten-free Lady Fingers, add Mascarpone cheese and create the most memorable Tiramisu, here presented as a velvety Semifreddo mousse.
