Our Brewers added fresh vanilla to our barrel aged Brrbon 2013. The addion of vanilla beans heightens the vanilla character imparted by the barrels and adds a delicious layer to the beer.

Our Brewers added fresh chopped ginger to our barrel aged Brrbon 2013. The addion of ginger complements the oak, vanilla and caramel flavors of the beer resulting in a smooth winter warmer.

This smooth, chilly winter warmer goes through a secondary fermentaion as it ages in Kentucky bourbon barrels. After months of maturation in the barrels, the brew is allowed to ferment before release.

A blend of delicious Widmer Russian Imperial Stout and Ecuadorian cocoa nibs create a decadent and complex beer sure to hit a sweet spot. Flavors of cocoa, roasted barley and coffee balance this out.

Aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels and after months of maturation in the barrels, the brew is allowed a tertiary fermentation for final conditioning before released. ABV 9.5%.
