Starts out with a faint whiff of white pepper; the nicely-weighed '10 Trinity Oaks Pinot Grigio shows up with melon and dried peach on the palate; smooth, dry finish.

The Trinity Oaks Chardonnay shows ripe fruit and sweet oak aromas and flavors; drinks easily; perfect for parties and large get-togethers.

BRONZE MEDAL, 2006 SAN FRANCISCO INT'L WINE COMP. An excellent blue collar zin, the easy-to-understand '03 Trinity Oaks Zinfandel pleases the palate with soft red fruit flavors and no hard edges.

BRONZE MEDAL, 2009 SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE WINE COMP. A pretty red, the light-hearted '05 Trinity Oaks Merlot rides smoothly on the palate as if it had no tannins; firm and sturdy in the aftertaste.

Aromas of dark fruit with some woody characteristics; flavors of red fruit and slight spice; rounded mouthfeel.
