The Steelhead Chardonnay has a slight biscuit aroma; lovely pear and white flower notes to a green apple crisp palate; a long finish with slight minerality.

The Steelhead Pinot Noir has a fresh bright red fruit nose; dark cherry and dried strawberry leading to a palate of bright cherry, wild raspberry and pomegranate; hint of cola, earth and spice.

Appealingly fresh aromas of honeydew and lime; ripe tropical fruit core is balanced by acidity and a fresh mineral notes in the aftertaste; perfect to serve with grilled fish or poultry dishes.
