SILVER MEDAL, 2009 SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE WINE COMP. Elegant and almost Burgundian, the lively '05 St Amant Tempranillo shows excellent red fruit flavors with an added note of sweet earth.

A great effort in Vintage Port! The St Amant Port is ripe and extracted, smooth, great grip; fine textures; pair with a nicely ripened stilton.

88 PTS WINE ENTHUSIAST. The 1999 ST Amant Syrah is well balanced with ripe fruit, exotic flavors of cassis and spice. Perfect with beef, pork, and wild game.

Le Mystere is a pleasing combination of Viognier and Rousanne. Great with a whole steamed fish.

Charming and fine, the St Amant Zinfandel from the well-known Mohr-Fry Ranches is a truly excellent effort; ripe raspberries abound here in a nice package; great with veal.
