Signorello Vineyards

Signorello's history of lots of oak and ripe fruit are very evident in this wine; a very serious Cabernet Franc effort that strikes more of California than of Saint-Emilion.

92 PTS Wine Advocate. Aromas of lemon-lime, mint and white flowers all burst from the glass. Lively and long finish.

93 PTS WINE ADVOCATE. The '11 Signorello Estate Cabernet exhibits a dense reby/purple color as well as sweet notes of cedar, black currants and spice box; will elvolve for another 15 years.

To preserve fruit intensity and body, the wine was not filtered prior to bottling on September 5, 2014.

94+ PTS WINE ADVOCATE. The '07 Signorello Padrone offers gorgeous aromas of incense, creme de cassis, Asian spice and subtle background oak; rich, concentrated and multidimensional; very long finish.

90 PTS WINE ADVOCATE. The '07 Signorello Estate Cabernet Sauvignon shows an open-knit bouquet of black currants, black cherries, incense and loamy soil undertones; fleshy and exuberant.

91 PTS Wine Advocate-Made in a good structural style with plenty of barrique in the background as well as lots of blackcurrant, licorice, new saddle leather and spice characteristics.

93 PTS, AN EDITORS' CHOICE, WINE ENTHUSIAST. The '06 Seta is very rich; has the creamy textural weight of Chardonnay, yet the flavor profile is of lime pie, figs, green melons and nectarines.

Big and blowsy, the powerful '99 Signorello Chardonnay nicely combines ripe core fruit flavors with sweet oaky nuances; this bold wine would do well with a nicely marinated pork tenderloin.
