Scotch De Silly

Formally used solely for the purpose of blending into their Saison and Silly Sour. Extreme green apple sour notes and subtle hints of brown sugar and biscuit malt.

Aged in Burgundy barrels. A perfect blend of caramelized malt and candied sugar from the mother beer infused with the flavor of the barrels to produce a legendary brew.

This deep scotch ale is a perfect blend of caramelized malt and candied sugar from the mother beer with the dry flavor coming from the Jack Daniels barrel to produce a brew that explodes with flavor.
