In 2010 Brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler started a new project: maturing some of his finest beers in wine barrels. He consulted a close friend, brewmaster Jérôme de Rebetez from Brasserie des Franches Montagnes in Switzerland, who grew up in a wine producing family. Together they created a truly unique doppelbock. In Aventinus Cuvée Barrique, fresh Aventinus and Aventinus Eisbock are aged in separate wine barrels for up to 8 months, and then expertly blended into a tannin-rich cuvée.

Schneider Non Alcoholic is the only hand crafted wheat beer on the market. Same full bodied richness resultant from the highest quality raw materials, and tradtional bottle fermentation.

Aromas of blossoms, grapes, gooseberry and kiwi balanced by a malty nose with a fine bitterness and slightly sour fruitiness.

Focused, snappy bitterness followed by a burst of sweet fruit. Fruit and hop flavors through, refreshing wheat acidity and effusive hop flavors. The finish is semi-dry with hops flavors lingering.

Eisbock is almost black in colour, full body with malty notes in the nose and chocolate, caramel, fruit and spices on the palate. A full and rich body make it pure indulgence to the extreme.

2008 WORLD BEER CUP BRONZE MEDAL. Truly remarkable beer! Layers of malty complexities of figs and a raisiny fruitiness; balances nicely with a clovey spiciness; develops into a Champagne like acidity.
