The aroma is roasted coffee intermingled with freshly-baked bread, and a hint of cardamom. But this beer is made with only organic barley, organic hops and water. Subtley sweet, roasty and crisp.

This aromatic beer packs a punch with 7.5% abv. We use a hand selected blend of organic malts with a primary base of Gambrinus organic pale maltplus top-secret amounts of organic Munich malts.

A light Pale ale crafted in a traditional style, with imported whole organic hop flowers. Handcrafted with a blend of Gambrinus and other organic pale malts. Robust body, rich color and lasting foam.

Our Amber is an all grain, close fermented, lightly hopped, handcrafted ale. We produce an aromatic beer using "dry hopping" or adding a final "tea bag" of organic Cascade in the brightening stage.
