Santa Cruz IPA is gold in color with a very assertive hop bitterness and aroma.

The aroma is roasted coffee intermingled with freshly-baked bread, and a hint of cardamom. But this beer is made with only organic barley, organic hops and water. Subtley sweet, roasty and crisp.

This aromatic beer packs a punch with 7.5% abv. We use a hand selected blend of organic malts with a primary base of Gambrinus organic pale maltplus top-secret amounts of organic Munich malts.

Our Amber is an all grain, close fermented, lightly hopped, handcrafted ale. We produce an aromatic beer using "dry hopping" or adding a final "tea bag" of organic Cascade in the brightening stage.
