Generous portions of Cascade, Columbus and Chinook Hops are added throughout the brewing process to create Rubicon's flagship ale. Golden in color with an assertive hop bitterness.

A nice golden color with aromas of pine, citrus and some earthy spice notes was created using English Pale Malt and hops. Hopsauce is full of hohop flavor. This is what hop lovers dream about.

A Scottish Ale, brewed using Crisp English Malt, Medium Crystal, and a touch of roasted barley. Willamette and Styrian Golding hops round out the robust rich malt character.
