Ozeki

A clean and friendly Sake; extremely smooth tasting with hints of citrus and lemongrass. Tastes delicious, whether served hot or on the rocks.

Very dry and crisp; medium-light body with flavors of stewed peach, cocoa and earthiness; rich on the palate; a very good foil with spicy spare ribs or tempura.
