We took our Chocolate Milk Stout and aged it in Woody Creek Rye Whiskey barrels for six months, creating aromas of roasted malt, dark chocolate and toffee, and subtle flavors of rye spice and vanilla.

By grinding whole hops we rupture the lupulin inside, releasing oils that give the beer its flavor. What we grind that day we use that day creating a fresh, aromatic beer, with bright hoppy character.

An oak aged Sour Golden Ale brewed with heavy additions of pear and peach puree, resulting in a full-bodied, pleasantly effervescent, refreshingly tart ale. Aromas of peach pie and fresh pear.

This Sour is brewed with a bountiful spring harvest of tomatillo fruit creates a slight sweetness and tangy bite, while subtle notes of kiwi, cucumber, and lemon howl alongside tartness on the tongue.

Aged in bourbon barrels for a year, this beer develops notes of roased malt, sweet chocolate, raisin and caramel. Hop aromas of citrus and pine linger, while a full-bodied richness coats your mouth.

Aged on oak staves and bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces, a yeast as wild as the new frontier. Hints of lemon zest and pear accentuated by a rich vanilla and almond oak character.

Woodcut No. 8, a Barleywine style ale aged in oak barrels. The oak creates a cr?me br?l?e character with hints of toasted coconut, vanilla, and notes of dried fruit mingle with the rich malt.

Brazzle Sour golden Raspberry is aged in oak barrels with Wilde Yeasts and 300 pounds of Golden Raspberries. There is a subtle tartness that is not quite sour enoufht to make you pucker.

Four handpicked favorites for the season, one of which is bottled for the first time from the five-barrel pilot system. The pilot brews are experimental and hard to replicate.

Celastrina Saison has hints of banana and clove-like flavor typical of a traditional Saison, that flutter with subtle spice character.
