Odell Brewing

We took our Chocolate Milk Stout and aged it in Woody Creek Rye Whiskey barrels for six months, creating aromas of roasted malt, dark chocolate and toffee, and subtle flavors of rye spice and vanilla.

An oak aged Sour Golden Ale brewed with heavy additions of pear and peach puree, resulting in a full-bodied, pleasantly effervescent, refreshingly tart ale. Aromas of peach pie and fresh pear.

This Sour is brewed with a bountiful spring harvest of tomatillo fruit creates a slight sweetness and tangy bite, while subtle notes of kiwi, cucumber, and lemon howl alongside tartness on the tongue.

We balance familiar citrusy hop notes with the subtle sweetness of local peaches.

Odell Crossover Sour Blonde is both. A sour ale aged in a white wine barrel. The base blonde beer has been aged in both chardonnay and sauvignon blanc barrels.

Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower. Myrcene Double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit-like flavor, a pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway.

A rich Russian Imperial Stout stowed away in rum barrels for aging. This brew boasts notes of coffee and cocoa with waves of oak, spiced molasses, dried fruit and vanilla.

A project of 10+ yeast strains working together to create a fruit forward collage of flavors like pineapple, pear, mango, and banana balanced by a clove like spiciness.

Jaunt is a process, or Journey, marrying a delicate pale ale with Colorado grown Riesling grapes and aged on oak, just for pleasure. The final blend boasts a creamy malt body, a bright fruit finish.

Using Fernet Barrels from the Leopold Bros. Distiller, Odells filled the barrels with a rich porter. The roasty chocolate malt character of the beer is infused with mint and licorice.

Brazzle Sour golden Raspberry is aged in oak barrels with Wilde Yeasts and 300 pounds of Golden Raspberries. There is a subtle tartness that is not quite sour enoufht to make you pucker.

Friek is an evolution, invented by our brewers. Multiple Kriek Lambic style ales are fermented with wild yeast and tart cherries and then moved in to oak barrels to age and sour

Cutthroat Porter is smooth and robust. Inspired by the classic London Porters, we use dark roasted malts to create a deep, rich color and flavor that hint at chocolate and coffee.

The name 90 Shilling comes from the Scottish method of taxing beer. Only the highest quality beers were taxed 90 Shillings. A shilling was a British coin used from 1549 to 1982. Amber Ale, ABV 5.3%.
