On the nose a sweet smell of honey followed by a hint of vanilla. On the palate you will find fresh oak spices and red apples. It has a long, spicy and very warming finish.

Malmsey madeira cask finish. Components of oak, malt Madeira, nougat, crystallized fruits rippling over the taste sensors. Simple delicious, prime time malt.

This single malt has a sweet vanilla nose, followed by a sweet, creamy butterscotch taste and a long soft-spiced fruit finish.

This whisky has a rich golden color, with hints of orchard fruits on the nose. On the palate you will find notes of sweet caramel and ripe grapes. The finish is long with smooth red fruit flavors.

This whisky has a glowing amber color, with a sweet peaty aroma on the nose. To taste, it is bursting with spicy fruits and has a long smooth peaty finish.

The result of being aged in Oak Casks for 40 years is a Scotch that is dark amber in color with aromas of dried fruits. A subtle smokiness and complex palate, with a dry and slightly floral finish.

It is golden in color, the nose releases honey nuts & a slightly sea salt tang. Chewy on the palate, with more Oak wood flavors. Well balanced, again with a light salted finish.

Citrus hints on the nose followed by soft oak. The flavors are warm on the palate with a hint of wood smoke in the finish.

The ex-bourbon allows for gorgeous sweet vanilla notes on the nose. On the palate it will initially be woody, followed by creamy vanilla with a light hint of citrus zest and green apples.

Murray-McDavid Macallan 17 yr is lusciously full bodied with aromas of vanilla carmel and fruit. Mild spice, cloves and ginger will tantalize your palate with a sweet nutty finish.

Macallan 9 yr is packed with fruity tones of plum and cherries. Extremely smooth and delicate that leaves you warm.

Grenache cask finish. Delicious texture, rich and oily. The finish is expansive, long and rewarding.

Made in the style of a Cote Rotie, the Andrew Murray Roasted Slope Syrah is co-fermented with a small percent of Viognier to soften the palate and add length to the black fruit flavored finish.

Luminous copper color, full-bodied, not heavy. Wild heather nose with a little note of drying peat. Palate is robust and tightly layered; heather flavors, bitter chocolate. A magical spirit.

A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre; ultra rich and concentrated; wonderful aromas of crushed blueberries; spice and vanilla; full bodied with intense flavors that last throughtout the glass.

"The everyday" Syrah; deep blackberry and crushed berry aromas with hints of sweet vanilla; medium to full bodied; blueberry and darkfruits flavors last through the finish.

A blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, & Syrah. This Santa Barbara based winery thrives with Rhone varietals. The Esperance show dark fruit flavors with a solid core of tannins. Limited production.

The pale color bellies the character and flavor that this scotch possesses. There is plenty of peat present in your first whiff, the palate is salty sweet with a lovely, long, refreshing finish.

Aging in sherry casks produces a wonderful combination of the sweet sherry mingling with the gentle peat and briny character. A thick texture with lots of chewy honeyed fruit and a lingering finish.

Dark golden with notes of barley, hints of oaky tannins and dry wood. The palate is smooth and buttery, with a long warm spicy finish. 40% ABV
