Murai Family

Nebuta was created to celebrate the Nebuta Fire Festival in Aomori Japan. A honjozo style sake polished to 70%, with a little brewer's alcohol added for additional body, aroma and flavor. Medium dry.

Hand made, free run, small batch, the Murai Daiginjosake is cleaan and creamy, yet complex and dry. Mellow flavors of melon, stone fruit and tropical fruit. Named "BEST OF JAPAN" for 3 years in a row.

Deep, cool and refreshing with harmonious pear, apple, cream and subtle tropical flavors. A truly outstanding Junmai that will pair well with a diversity of foods, like spicy tuna.

Milky white with ripe coconut flavors, Genshu is a full strength sake. Creamy and sweet, excellent with spicy foods. 19% ABV

Clean and creamy. Mellow flavors of melon, stone fruit and tropical fruit. 16% ABV
