Framboise begins as our Gabriel Belgian Blond Ale and is sent into wine barrels for 6 months. Heaps of raspberry result in a tart, juicy, and complex wild ale.

Amber Saison aged in red wine barrels for six months, pours copper orange in color with notes of fruit, spice, and oak. Tart with a dry finish, Wild Meadow is an incredibly unique sour beer.

A wild ale fermented with two strains of yeast, then aged 12 months in wine barrels fresh from a local winery. The end result is a tart and complex ale with notes of red wine, oak, fruit, and spice.

A Belgian Style Tripel Ale with a beautiful light orange color from the small amount of specialty malts. Wonderful characteristics of malt sweetness are balanced by the spice of Styrian Goldings hops.
