Created from pomace of Nebbiolo from Barolo. Its color is rich amber, from aging for a minimum of four years in small barrels.

Marolo Alba Grappa Di Moscato Dopo is aged five years in French oak. It is a warm, smooth and velvety grappa that goes well after ("dopo") a meal of rich meat dishes.

Marolo Moscato is briefly aged in barrels giving it a clear straw color and a distinctive flavor.

Marolo fashions a fabulously refined grappa from selected Sangiovese pomace of Brunello di Montalcino. The rich flavors of the Sangiovese grape come through with vividness, roundness and elegance.

Marolo Grappa and Camomile is a delicious blend of Grappa infused with Camomile. The Camomile flowers are picked when fully ripened, dried in the shade, then infused with the Grappa for eleven months.
