Hyde

92 PTS CONNOISSEURS' GUIDE. The '04 Hyde de Villaine Syrah is deeply fruited, generously oaked and well-focused on varietal spice; big, supple and polished in feel; shows plentiful extract.

Jekyll is a scarlet red, sweet spirit tasting of wild berries, while Hyde is an herbal tasting black spirit that can float on top of Jekyll. They are meant to be served together.
