This Stout is brewed with barley, wheat, oats, amaranth, quinoa, spelt, and kamut. Finished with twenty pounds of cold-presses Nossa Familia organic coffee.

HUB Hard Cider is a semi-dry hard apple cider, straw colored with fresh apple aromas. Slightly tart, HUB Hard Cider finishes slightly sweet and fruit-forward. The cider is naturally gluten-free.

Made with Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops and six organic malts, Abominable Winter Ale has a complex floral, spicy and citrus hoppiness backed up by just the right amount of malt sweetness.

Nonstop Hef Hop has the feel of a Pale Ale, but without the extra weight. Brewed with organic NW hops, organic malted barley, and red spring wheat grown on the Hopworks estate farm on San Juan Island.

This organic Cascadian Dark Ale is a great example of this emerging style that blances rich, malty character with an array of crisp, aromatic hops.
