High Water Brewing

This is a beer with a very dark side with deep, luxurious layers of malt-richness. Brewing with cold-pressed coffee adds a slightly citrusy and earthy flavor with floral aromas.

This Sour is made with fresh Kiwi and Kumquats added to our Golden Ale, aged in wine barrels for a year. A bright and flavorful baalnce of sour and sweet with spicy and palate refreshing qualities.

Scotch Ale brewed in the style of the Wee Heavy or Strong Scotch Ale. Malt forward with flavors of toffee and caramel. A hint of smoke from special cherry smoked malt.

American Sour brewed with rose hips, rose petals, pink peppercorns and blueberries. Brilliantly pink beer with a slight tartness. Initial Brett fermentation and then aged in oak for 12 months.

Formally defined as the depths in water beyond which less than one percent of sunlight penetrates. Aphotic is a beer with a very dark side. Just one sip and you will understand the true depths of its darkness as the deep, luxurious layers of malt rich-ness tantalize and tease your taste buds.

Golden Ale brewed with wildflower honey from the California Sacramento Valley, and orange peel. Hopped with Mosaic for a tropical finish. A 6.2 % ABV session beer.

Sour Ale with grapefuit, pear and lychee aged in oak barrels for over a year.

Our select ingredients include late-season Vermont Maple sugar, graham crackers, natural pecan flavoring and Bourbon soaked Oak Chips, this beer is sure to make every family gathering a hit.

To celebrate their first anniversary, High Water Brewing has developed a Doppel Alt beer. The brew is full-bodied and well-hopped, with a surprising balance bitterness and nutty-malty sweetness.

Old & In the Way is a blend of American and English style Barley Wine ale aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. Hints of caramel, vanilla, roasted malt and bourbon add an nice finish.

Campfire Stout evokes fond memories of wilderness and camping adventures. Notes of chocolate and graham cracker topped with a hint of marshmallow will leave you wanting s'more.

Layers of Hoppy Aroma unfold in this Big, Big, Imerial IPA. For those who like to go Big or go Home. 9.5% ABV
