Amber gold in color with a peppery and slightly smoky nose. The palate is mouth warming with a peaty, smoky gentle sweetness. The finish is spicy and smoky.

Matured in refill sherry casks, the nose is rich and well balanced. There are notes of honeyed granary toast, rosewater with a hint of calvados and malt extract followed by tropical fruit.

Medium bodied, pleasant, grassy single malt and is a rather rare find. Aromas of apple skins with a delicate floral edge, and a floral, leafy, light dry spicy toasted flavour.

Nose of toffee notes interlaced with vanilla, honey blossom and is slightly floral. Palate is light, sweet and lively vanilla flavors. Light and refreshing hints of malt and white chocolate.

Notes of apple blossom, barley sugar, dried cereals and sweet porridge oats. There are hints of cut hay and dried grass with rosewater and a touch of dried fruit. Palate is quite warm and medium body.
