Golden State Brewery

This is an IPA for the hopheads as it comes in at about 100 IBUs and a light malt bill as not to pull the focus away from the big Warrior bittering hop and the sought after Citra aroma hop.

This ruby colored ale is a very drinkable 5.5% Irish red style with a little more kick than usual. Using generous amounts of rye, the Golden Gate Red comes through with a nice pepper essence.

Enriched with 2 gallons of cold brew coffee per 15.5 keg with liberal amounts of coconut sugar to bring a full body; the cold brew process brings out the fruitiness of the coffee beans.

A nice balance between malt and hops. Hull Melon hops from Australia are used to bring out the flavor of honeydew and cantaloupe.

A bold and balanced American Pale at 6% ABV with slight caramel notes, aggressive citrus with firm and floral hoppiness.

Golden colored ale at 5.7%, brewed with all natural orange blossom honey. The Honey is present with a citrus finish not taking away from the well-balanced hop and malt character of this session ale.
