Pours a deep black with a tantalizing white head. Malt profile continues through the palate from beginning to end with subtle hints of chocolate, coffee, and, of course, bourbon.

APIS IV pours dark brown with hues of red, a thick creamy o-white head, and notes of figs, plums, and honey. Brewed in the appist tradition of Belgian Dark Strong Ales.

7437 pours solid gold with a white head. Aromatic notes of tangerine, pine, grapefruit and mango seep into the beer. Medium mouthfeel and lingering bitterness.

8 Second pours brilliant gold with a white head. High carbonation brings forward notes from our Kolsch yeast giving it the crisp finish of a lager with the light fruit notes of an ale.
