Ecliptic Brewing

A juicy, tropical IPA with a galaxy's worth of Amarillo, Azacca, Centennial, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops.

Inspired by it's luminous namesake, Quarsar is our light Pale Ale brewed for summer. Simcoe and Mosaic hops give Quasar Pale Ale a huge, fresh, tropical aroma. Flavorful and easy drinking.

Deimose is named after the other Martian moon. Brewed with pale malt and four types of crystal malts to give the beer a rich caramel malt flavor. Simcoe, nugget & Columbus hops add flavor and aroma.

A traditional German-style sour ale with a touch of coriander and salt; add in grapefruit for a refreshing beer, perfect for springtime when the sun re-emerges. 10 IBU 4.5% ABV

Sweet, dark malt aromas are followed by a medium body with flavors of chocolate and caramel melding with a touch of roast. Nugget, Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops brighten this lively Porter.

Layered with tons of hop bitterness and character. Two separate dry hop additions with loads of Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops amplify Hypernova's aroma to stellar proportions.

Loaded with fresh peach flavor, Carina is a sour ale perfect for any time of year. The use of Pale malt makes for a crisp character, while lactobacillus gives Carina a tart and refreshing finish.
