Dolin

Made of fine wines and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chambery. Slightly grassy nose, mingled with aromas of lime, thyme and white wine. Noticeably lighter on the palate with floral notes and spices. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails.

Dolin Vermouths are notably lighter, drier and less pungent. The Rouge retains great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to wet the appetite.
