Mild gold color. Lemon edge. Nose has peaches, pears, pepper, peat and plummy. Well integrated acidity and balanced oak on the palate. Spiced damsons.

Amber with auburn center color. Smoldering peat nose with caramelized ginger. Viscous palate. A real meaty dram. Baked apples with a salty edge.
