The Sixth Edition of the De Proef Brewmaster's Collection Series is our first blended beer. Flanders Fred is a blend of Flanders sourced lambic with a collaborativly brewed version of Hair of The Dog.
Saison Imperiale is a bolder, mega interpretation of the Imperiale ale. Light amber in color, funky wild yeast notes and spice to the nose. Extra malt and hop, and spiced with coriander. 8.5% ABV.
Dark mahogany color with a rich tan head. Sweet malty, dark fruit, chocolate and spicy aromas. Layers of malt and fruit notes on the palate, with enough hop character to make it quite complex.
This is a unique amber colored ale multi yeast strain fermentation, with a hint of Belgium Kriek juice added. Sour notes are balanced by tart fruit, hint of wood, and a velvety finish.
