Apple brown betty with cream nose is followed by a palate rich in sweet dried fruit. The finish is spicy with hints of cinnamon. Long and elegant finish. A beauty!

The dark chocolate color of this beauty gives you a hint of the joy to come. A soft luscious nose redolent with figs, black raisins, and maple sugar ends with lush flavors of chocolate and coffee.

Opening nose of sweet vanilla followed by luscious flavors of maple, nougat, and marzipan. Bittersweet chocolate and nutty finish round it out perfectly.
