Rich and round, yet balanced with enough crisp acidity to showcase the fruit. Oak is present but does not dominate the fruit. Soft and creamy body that leaves a lingering finish.

The Covey Run Winemaker's Selection Chardonnay is ripe and creamy in the nose and on the palate; an easy wine to drink.

Ripe, round and generous with its blackberry and spice flavors, with an undertone of bay leaf and meaty notes weaving through the firm finish; great to serve with double stuffed pork chops.

Soft and mellow, the ripe and fruit-forward Covey Run Sauvignon Blanc is a fine example of the bigger and fuller style of Sauvignon Blanc; very tasty.

The Covey Run Merlot is an easy-drinking red from the fine AVA of the Columbia Valley.

The Covey Run Gewurztraminer is crisp, with a shading of savory spice; fairly dry in the finish.
