Trained by the Tavern-Keeper, The Weasel pilfered corks from patrons enjoying their wine to encourage them to finish their bottles, desiring yet another. The Weasel captured the imagination of the township and soon became known as a legend in the local drinking establishment. This Red Wine Blend is luscious, medium-bodied with layers of red fruit complemented by aromas of spice and vanilla leading to a long, smooth finish.

A bounty of flavor with cracked hazelnuts, citrus and a sweet cereal grain. Long finish with a taste of the tropics. Bringing together two distinct latitudes in one bottle, this is one to savor.

Aged in ex-bourbon casks, finished in ex Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. Notes include white flowers, light honey, vanilla bean , lemon peels, apricots and cut grass.

Finished in Port barrels from the Duro Superior region. Bold smokiness upfront with rich notes of raisins and plums. Bold roasted cherries add to the depth and help the spirit keep it's smoothness.
