Coopers Brewery

This Vintage Ale is only brewed once a year using special yeast and hops. Each batch will be different, this batch has a 7.5% alcohol by volume which will allow it to age and mature like a fine wine.

The distillery ceased production in 1985 so this is nice item to add to your collection. Michael Jackson describes the style of this malt as "malty, syrupy, fruity, big. Ideal for after dinner."

This malt has a soft, medium dry nose with a little peatiness and a hint of cereal. The flavor is medium sweet, smooth, round and of good body, slightly smoky.

Handmade with all natural ingredients, the sparkling ale is bottle-conditioned for extra flavor.
