92 PTS WINE ENTHUSIAST. The '07 Ch Rauzan-Segla is a wine with plenty of weight, fruit and balanced tannins; shows a smoky character from the toasty wood, followed by broad berry fruit and sweetness.

92-94 PTS WINE SPECTATOR. The '06 Ch Rauzan Segla has lovely fresh aromas of currant and blackberry; full-bodied, with succulent fruit and lovely finesse and length; gorgeous.

97 PTS, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, WINE SPECTATOR. The '05 Ch Rauzan-Segla has very beautiful aromas of crushed berry, flowers, currant and Indian spices follow through to a full body; extremely polished.

94 PTS WINE SPECTATOR. The '95 Rauzan Segla has dark, inky color, intensely minty and smoky with an abundance of fruit. Full bodied, very fruity, with a lovely minty berry and vanilla aftertaste.

88-90 PTS WINE SPECTATOR. The '99 Ch Rauzan-Segla is fine and solid, with attractive berry, chocolate and mineral aromas and flavors; medium to full bodied, with fine tannins; long cherry aftertaste.

95 PTS WINE SPECTATOR. The '00 Ch Rauzan Segla is tight and muscular, with a solid core of fruit and racy tannins; full-bodied; silky and refined; very, very toned and serious; best after 2010.

92 PTS WINE SPECTATOR. The '03 Ch Rauzan-Segla has fascinating aromas of berry, currant and toasted oak with crushed dark fruits; full-bodied and chewy with plenty of berry and vanilla flavors.
