"Blonde" is the traditioal French word for light-colored beers. Extract of angelica adds a juniper flavor to complement the fruity taste of the yeast.

Jacobsen is fermented at low temperature to give a specially mild and rounded caramel flavor. The carbonisation is gentle and the hop bitterness is soft.
