Almost rustic yet quite elegant, the pert Byington Pinot Noir comes to table with a potpourri of ripe fruit, dried earth flavors; a good wine with a savory pot roast.

Dense and complex, with ripe plum, berry, licorice, and oak nuances; lively on the palate; crisp, red currant finish.
