Organic Amber Ale is a firm-bodied malty palate balanced by tandy hops and tart citrus fruit in the mouth. The finish is long, with lusty, creamy malt, bitter spicy hops and sharp fruit.

Organic IPA's vast aroma of ripe malt and peppery hops is followed by a palate dominated by bittering hops and citrus fruit. At 7.1% abc, this ale is close in style to a Victorian IPA.
