Bishop Cider

Rested 4 mos. in bourbon and rye whiskey barrels. Once sufficiently aged, we blend the barrels together to produce spicy and floral notes, with grass and vanilla from whiskey, but is definitely gin.

A bright and spicy gin featuring pink peppercorn, Indian coriander, green cardamom, orange peal and juniper. This gin borrows from traditional styles while maintaining enough complexity to stand alone
