Anchor Distilling

Production is extremely limited and distribution is restricted to California during the holiday season. The 90 proof spirit is double-distilled in a copper still.

Pot-distilled with juniper berries and other botanicals, sweeter than modern London dry gin, and bottled unfiltered.

Made from a grain mash of wheat, barley, and rye malts, which are distilled in a copper pot still with the same botanicals as our modern "distilled dry gin".

The distillers at Anchor present this whiskey in commemoration of the 1906 San Franciso Earthquake and fire, and in celebration of our indomitable City's rebirth. Aged more than eleven years.

Aged for four years in new, charred oak barrels.

A smooth, clean and dry gin with an assertive juniper flavour and a spicy finish. Made by Anchor Distilling in Potrero Hill in San Francisco, California, Junípero was launched in 1998 and was truly one of the first in the new wave of gins to reach the market during the category’s recent resurgence.

Distilled in a small copper pot still from 100% rye malt and aged for one year in new uncharred oak barrels. This unique whiskey captures the flavors of the original American grain whiskeys.

Malty depth of flavor with hints of pine and pecan, clean and crisp hop character. Lingering, velvety-smooth spiciness. 45% ABV
