This unique brew combines all the traditional qualities and style of our beer with the subtle flavor of banana. It is one of the first banana beers to market, and is brewed using fair trade bananas.

A well-hopped lager that is refreshing and sessionable. This beer is cold conditioned for two weeks with Australian Galaxy and Ella hops, which bring out deep flavors and a dry-hop character.

This is a classic German Dopple Bock. Lobotomy Bock is produced using five types of specialty malted barley including Munich, black patent and other premium malts.

Our Triple Amnesia IPA has taken our classic IPA and overdosed it with hop flavor. We have added a triple dose of Warrior hops to give it an exotic extra special bitter hop spiciness.

We use only our natural artesian spring water from the historic Indian Wells Spring. Orgasmic Orange is our tribute to the Dutch witbier and the German weissbier - a salute to Belgian Lambics.

Indian Wells Whiskey Barrel amber ale is aged and laagered in Evan Williams Whiskey Barrel. These were made in small batches using pure Indian Wells Spring Water. 12% ABV.

Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavor, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with emphatic, steel dryness. A unique brew! 5.2% ABV.

our Marzen is a traditional style made with Munich malt and three kinds of hops. Just pure spring water, hops, malt and our special yeast makes this a finely crafted and high quality brew.

Our rich, dark stout is made from three types of hops. We add heavy, flavorful barley flakes to our stout to give it a thick body and full, intensley rich taste.

This is our traditional Pilsner. Mojave Gold is made with two row malted barley, European Saaz hops, and pure artesian spring water. This is a crisp golden beer that will appeal to all beer drinkers.

Death Valley Pale Ale is a classic made with lots of two row malt and hopped with clean Cascade hops from Yakima Valley. If your a fan of Pale Ales you will love this one.

We add select parts of whole oranges at precisley the right point to our amber recipe beer, and the result is this magical, orange sweet beer we call Orange Amber Blossom Ale.
