90 PTS WINE SPECTATOR. The '09 Ch Ferriere is smoky and silky, with enticing black tea, mulled spice and fleshy plum and black currant fruit that melds nicely together through the tobacco finish.

91 PTS WINE SPECTATOR. The '05 Ch Ferriere offers blackberry, currant and hints of meat on the nose; full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a meat, berry and light vanilla character; velvety texture.
